Care at Home / Supported Living
Many people are
choosing the option of being cared for in their
own home – this could be as little as a 1
hour visit a week to 24hr care. Short term care
can be organised to enable a relative to go on
holiday or the existing carer to have a break or
to cover sick leave.

range from birth to old age with the majority
being under the age of 65.

Care
at home packages are tailored to meet the individual
clients needs.
These can vary from simply companionship and help
with household tasks to more complex needs at home
with live in carers.
Each clients needs are assessed so we can tailor
the package to suit the individuals requirements.
Our aim is to provide relief and support so our clients
can remain in their own home for as long as possible.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity
to live independently in their own home. |

people qualify for financial support for care at

CLIENT GROUPS
Many of our older clients use
our services for befriending and general housekeeping
leading up to incorporating their personal care
needs.
Clients with learning
difficulties, physical disabilities, cerebral
palsy, muscular dystrophy, multiple
sclerosis and Parkinson’s
Disease want to live as full a life
as possible. With the help of a trained care
assistant who has the relevant experience, this
can be possible.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT
For families who already have care in
place for a relative, care management may be an option
for them. We can help recruit the right carers for your
relative. Our team of professionals shall do continual
assessment on the needs of the client / user and liaise
directly with the relative. The client employs the carer
directly and we charge a weekly administration / management
fee for our continual services. |
