We will visit your care home to discuss exact requirements. This will include staffing needs, duties, shift patterns. From this meeting we will agree and design a Service Level Agreement that works for you.
Our staff have to complete a robust compliance process prior to placement. This includes
Training, PVG membership and a minimum of 2 references returned.
