Recruitment

At Family Circle Care we are always looking for additional carers to enable us to deliver an excellent service.

If you are an experienced carer or are inexperienced and willing to learn new skills  contact us for an application pack.

Once we have received your application form we will contact you to arrange an interview at a convenient time.

Training

At Family Circle Care we strive to continually improve our quality of services and approach to the delivery of care and support.

Continuous learning, development and mentoring of employees by line managers enables us to deliver the high standard of service that each individual expects to receive.

Induction

All new carers must complete an induction training programme. The formal programme for induction includes inhouse training, shadowing with feedback and further inhouse training. This combines theory, shadowing of experienced carers and practical experience.

Moving and Handling

All staff are provided with Moving and Handling training prior to working with clients
