At Family Circle Care we are always looking for additional carers to enable us to deliver an excellent service.

All new carers must complete an induction training programme. The formal programme for induction includes inhouse training, shadowing with feedback and further inhouse training. This combines theory, shadowing of experienced carers and practical experience.

Moving and Handling

All staff are provided with Moving and Handling training prior to working with clients
